Things I love today

Today I am grateful!  Well, I try to be grateful every day but some days are easier than others.

So here is what I am grateful for today...

1.  The sights and sounds and smells of springtime

  • birds singing
  • children playing outside
  • the trees blossoming
  • lawnmowers working
  • the smell of freshly mown grass
  • THE SUNSHINE and how it colors up my face so I'm not winter pasty white :)
2.  I got another shipment of my home store food (Shelfreliance).  My supply is growing and besides that I love the product.  It makes me happy to know that I am building up my "home store" with things I actually like and won't go bad :)

3.  The memories that I have of spending last May with my momma at my house.  It rained all that month but she  brightened my days by being here.  Just wish I would have taken pictures of her :(  We watched so many Hallmark movies...every night she would ask me which one was on and would I watch it with her!

4.  Lynn will be home early tonight - 7:00 instead of 10:00 like he originally thought!

5.  I have a great marriage with a husband who is my best friend!  Oh what a blessing he is to me!

6.  I am a daughter, a granddaughter, a wife, a sister, a mom, a grandma, a friend and a woman!  I am grateful for all those hats that I am blessed to wear!

7.  I am thankful to be able to create beautiful things!

8.  I am thankful for my testimony of the gospel of Jesus Christ and to a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.  I was born of goodly parents who instilled that testimony in me from birth!  I am thankful for the plan of salvation because I know that I will someday be with my angel parents again!

9.  I'm grateful to have brothers and sisters to walk this journey with!

10.  I'm thankful for my 6 amazing wonderful children and my 7 PERFECT little people :)
